We source the finest ingredients, including Tupelo Honey from the Apalachicola river region in Florida, Valrhona Chocolate from France, and European style Plugra Butter. None of our breads contain preservatives.
Our production process preserves the true craft of artisanal baking by relying on well-trained, experienced hands and as little machinery as possible. We use a traditional slow fermentation process; our breads rise naturally overnight in a cool environment, which allows the flavors to develop slowly and results in a more refined taste.
